3. We have tables of digitalization of molds to guarantee molds.
At BICOSA we search for fabrics all over the world to offer our customers the most current and fashionable fabrics for inner fabrics and contrasts for pants and shirts.
We have 4 cutting tables of 21 meters long where we can cut up to 70,000 garments per month.

- We have all types of tailoring to offer our customers depending on the category of their product.
- We advise on the design and manufacture of garments.
- We elaborate technical data sheets of the produced garments.
- We place all the inputs and processes up to the final packaging.
- We receive the main fabric from the customer, molding, technical specifications and instructions.
- BICOSA takes care of the rest: cutting, labor and supplies up to the final packaging.
- BICOSA receives the fabric and all the supplies needed and assembles the product.
- If the client can’t provide any trim, BICOSA will do it.
